Exercise Your Body
Run and strength train. Try to learn a new skill that incorporates fitness — dance or martial arts might be a good place to explore. Pushing your body multiple times each week will also help you reduce anxiety and promote healthy sleep.
Wake Up 1 Hour Earlier
Waking up just one hour earlier will give you time to do something for yourself before you start your day. It’s a far better place to begin each day than starting things off by engaging in our responsibilities and submitting to the agendas of others as the day progresses.
