Tips to Get Rid of Tech Neck
As more and more of us continue to rely on technology — particularly smartphones, laptops, tablets, and personal computers — many of us are starting to feel the trappings of staring at devices to long periods of time. Some of us end up staring at our phones at a poor angle, which results in a condition now being called “Tech Neck” which results in pain, stiffness, and discomfort of the neck region.
Stretch it Out
One way to get rid of tech neck is to stretch out your neck. Make sure you’re moving around, alternating positions, and never putting your neck in uncomfortable positions for long periods of time.
Strengthen Your Neck
Do exercises with your neck in mind, which will help you avoid pain as you build strength in your neck.
Limit Device Time
Limiting your time spent on tech devices will help drastically reduce your chances of developing tech neck.
